I can not download it ! It is written refer to your institution, while my institution have not sent anything !

I got the val and it says you can download it so where i can download it

Congratulations. Download it from a personal computer not for phone.

Kindly refer to https://visa.educationmalaysia.gov.my/emgs/application/searchForm/, followed by keying in your passport number and selecting your nationality. This will enable you to download your VAL. Please ensure to notify your institution on your arrival.
