You can travel to Malaysia if you have VAL and SEV. The rest of the percentage will increase when you come to Malaysia, and submit your passport to the university who will then process it for student PASS.

Yes, all you need is the eval, valid SEV and offer letter. Show these to the immigration officer and everything will be ok.

Dear emgs
I received an email that my application required immediate response from my institution which are on the following issues
Current pass
personal bond
insurance cover note
Post -VAL medical.
Is it left for my institution to provide it or the applicant? I have gotten my eval and my status is on 80percent but on pending.
