Dear EMGS, My Travel Authorisation (TE101046573) has been on 40% for the past 2-3 weeks without any update. It says EMGS are in process of submitting the application to the Immigration department but it’s taking forever. My passport number is: B50051166 Kindly help. View

    Dear EMGS,
    My Travel Authorisation (TE#########) has been on 40% for the past 2-3 weeks without any update. It says EMGS are in process of submitting the application to the Immigration department but it’s taking forever.

      Immigration Closed event their own citizen cannot do renewal also

    I have sent multiple emails as advised by you requesting that my new application be resume updated but so far no response or changes.

    Thanks for your response, I truly appreciate it. If my old application has been closed since 1st of June as stated, I expect the current/new application to changed or updated. Please advise, Do I need to write an email to resume the current/new application or just keep looking?

    Dear EMGS,
    Please, is it possible for me to return back to Malaysia using my previous passport Travel Authorisation? I have emailed several times for the TA to be closed while requesting that the current application is continued without any response and I need to return back as soon as possible.

      Hi Yekeen,

      Please note that emails are replied within 24 hours. However, the application under your old passport number has been closed on the 01st of June 2021. The active application in our system is under your new passport number.
