Yes sir. I know the paper they are asking 😂. It’s called Affidavit. You can go to the court in the country you are they will give you the letter that will say the name on you waec is your name

Just try to email them everyday or call them or else try to contact the university I was having a problem I changed my passport number and tried alote to contact the university and then emgs too to solve the problem and then they said they need the noc letter which was a really time consuming for me to bring from the Sudanese embassy 😑 am still struggling
