Dear EMGS officer，
Good day to you！
I am YangLin an international student and from China. I am in China now，but my student visa will expire on 11th February 2021. In general，I should renew my visa on November. But now I cannot go back Malaysia until 31th December. And if I go back Malaysia I need to finish my 14 days isolation first. I guess the time is not enough for me to renew my visa. Therefore，could I renew my visa in China？
Can I submit all documents on EMGS directly or can I submit it by my friend who are in Malaysia? If both cannot. What should I do?

  Please note your institution can create your renewal application and submit your documents along with your payment in order for us to begin processing your application. However, you would have to be in the country to submit your passport to renew your student pass. The renewal application has to be submitted through your institution. Therefore, kindly liaise with your institution for further assistance.
