Dear officer：

I am going to change my university，but I have came back to my country on the September. Now I need to apply my new university student pass，but I need to cancel my previous student pass. May I know can I mail my passport to my agent or friend and let him handle it for me？ Because I can not entry Malaysia due to the covid. Hope you can reply me.

  Please note that students woudl have to be in the country to proceed with the student pass endorsement. Therefore, once the government provides the SOP for students to enter Malaysia, you may then enter and proceed accordingly.
