Thanks Asmara. What I exactly mean here is that I have already applied for VAL with offer letter for postgraduate admission academic session 2018/2019 sem.1(September intake ).
And now gotten an approval letter of deferral from September 2018/2019 ( semester 1) to February 2018/2019 (semester 2) with new re-offer letter of same postgraduate…[Read more]-
I think the deferment don’t need a new offer letter,
But I think if your application received by EMGS then if you make cancelation then you have to begin from start.
But any way its better to ask your university about that while they responsible about applying or not.

I don’t understand exactly what you ask about
But anyway I think the VAL vaild until 6 month, and if you don’t change your major or program then its ok let the process continue, then you can come next semester with the same VALTo get more information please contact EMGS directly by email and they will answer you clearly

I have just gotten an approval letter of deferment /postponement of registration of programme from September 2018/2019 from my institution. to this regard the re-offer letter for February 2018/2019(semester. 2) February intake will be issued to me October /November 2018.
