Please clarify if can!
My VAL has been addressed to my country of residence but I’m currently in my home country. Is it possible for me to get the SEV from my home country without going back to my country of residence ?
If VAL is addressed to a certain country’s embassy, I think you have to obtain SEV from that embassy/country
or Create an account
