My question: am I able to apply For depending Visa for my wife or should I be in malaysia first then apply for her from there ?? View

my study counselor said they’re still waiting for the dean’s signature m. I am so afraid i can’t make it to the may intake since it’s starting in a month and my application is still 30%,how abt yours?
