If your country requires a SEV, after downloading your val go to the nearest Malaysian embassy and get one .

Meyonou Fosso …you didn’t answer her question! And also even my VAL is aporoved at 38%, what’s next? Im not able to download it.
Next level is when ur Val is ready to download and gets at 70%.
My VAL needs to be amended , there was a mistake in the visa issuance country , my college mistaken my address . Am currently in Abuja Nigeria. Is these the new VAL letter ?
