i will go to malaysia for the first time in next October. But, my eval will be expired this month. Is there any ways to extend the eval duration? View

There is a problem here. As far as I have seen with colleagues of similar issues, the extension took a very long time! You will need to contact your university immediately to see if they can apply for an extension. If you can make it to Malaysia a few days before the expiry of the eval that is going to be ideal.
