Because they are NOT god, you can’t expect them to do your stuff within 1 month. You are the one responsible for submitting late if u know your intake is starting soon.

It’s not rude, just stating the fact. If you see their website u will see their estimated time to process at emgs and immigration (2-4 weeks each). Just because other people got processed faster doesn’t mean it apply to you. You haven’t even count other factor such as incomplete document, verification process (can take long time), holidays, etc. Don’t think you are entitled for everything please and wait patiently. It might sound rude but it’s the fact, don’t be offended.
