Are existing international students allowed to enter Malaysia during this full lockdown from 1st to 14th June? I mean existing students not new.

Students not from the banned countries may enter Malaysia provided that they adhere to the entry procedures. However, the decision to allow you entry into Malaysia is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Officers at the airport.
