Same here they r useless mine stuck since 1month still didn’t extent it . They are horrible actually they just know how to tell fake news to international students
I’m with you. I’ve been waiting for two months to get my renewal and still no response. The time difference is killing me, I have to wake up at 4am for some classes!!
I don’t know why a Renewal is taking so long, my VAL like yours was already approved before, I don’t understand why its taking soo long!

We understand your concern. Upon receiving your documents, we will review and submit to the Immigration Department. However, the approval will solely be at their discretion. Hence, we are unable to provide you with a stipulated time frame. We will only be able to advise when there is an update from the Immigration Department.

What i dont understand, when you have already submitted my document to immigration since 5th of february, i dnt understant
