Please be informed that we hold the processing of your application as students from the banned countries are not allowed to enter Malaysia. Kindly note that you can only submit the passport through the institution once you entered Malaysia with the VAL and travel authorization.

Brother Waleed. If you are an existing student and have a valid student pass, you do not need a travel authorisation. Book your flight and arrange for the quarantine at least 10 days before you travel. Good luck.
