A m abdul wadood mu
From Nepal, have collected VAL , now applying for evisa but, I’m facing problem to edit photo during apply, I talked to evisa officer he asked me to inform and talk my problem to VAL issuance officer.
Can you help me please to solve this issue.

  I was facing the same issue….u kindly visit nearest Malaysian embassy in ur home country.

  But now I m in Riyadh Saudi Arabia, Riyadh embassy will help me to issue a visa on passport

      Most probably no.

      They will issue SEV If u have permanent residency of Saudia
