hello , my friend is ready to go Malaysia , but now the problem is Initial Tuition Fee , did he need to pay it before entry or after arrival ?Anyone knows? View
He will have to pay his fees before entry, the agent that will clear him at the airport will request for the fees before clearance. Basicaly he will have to pay before he enters into the county
