Dear EMGS,
As I have mentioned before, I have to deal with unethical actions from staff of Mantissa college for asking me for extra payment. Furthermore, because I have to pay tuition fees in advance, I have to deal with unethical actions of Mantissa college. And, at the end, when I could not stand for their behaviors and decide to quit, I may waste all of my money and time. So, is there any rule that prevent the cheating actions from college such as Mantissa and protect foreigned students?
