Dear EMGS,
I have just decided to quit DBA program from Mantissa College because they tend to pause and make my process of documents submission longer and longer for extra money. I have been contact and negotiate with them so many time but I cannot stand for their behavior anymore. So, next time, if I want to make the student visa with other college, could I do it by myself?

  Yes you can always apply by yourself. I did mine by myself and I kept my University through every stage of it. Plus you can control all the odds or determining variables.
