Dear EMGS officer, hello and good day. I have applied for the VAL letter on 5th of December and my application process is stuck on %35.
As EMGS said it should be completed around 14 working days but now is already more than 3 weeks. May I know how long does it take to issue my visa approval letter please?

We submitted your application to the Immigration Department for approval on the 23rd of December 2019.
