Hi
My application is at 30 percent for past two weeks due to active application in immigration system although my institute has already applied for cancellation of previous pass and has emailed the EMGS with all the relevant documents since 27th October. May I know the exact update of my application that will be much helpful thankyou.

Kindly note that the cancelation of your previous application is currently in process with the Immigration Department. The main application will resume as normal once the process has been completed. Rest assured, for any updates, we will notify your institution accordingly.
