Same is with me since 11/02/2018.
Check emgs website on a pc or laptop.if you are looking for eval download icon on emgs app you can’t find it.
And your status should be “Val approved and ready to download”.it doesn’t take more than 3 days. If 3 days have been passed already , email your university and ask them.
