i agree with you, we need to bring awareness to the immigration department.
theres a large number of us students who have been waiting for our VAL extensions and students who recently applied hve already gotten their VALs. This is very unfair.

Yes, this is unfair. But it is difficult to comprehend the logic behind denying renewal and approving fresh applications.

It’s really frustrating, waited for 1yr plus and just to renew Eval is taking this long!!

It is expected to get eVAL in a maximum of 14 working days which is already completed for our applications. It’s been a long time (approximately one year) that we have applied for a student visa. It’s very frustrating for applicants to wait so long for VAL. I would like to request emgs official to do the needful to process our application soon.

New application only takes 4 days in Immigration department. I know one of my friend just get his eVal now

for people who are asking for a VAL correction or Extension, has anyones Val Been corrected and are allowed to travel back?
i can see alot of people are complaining that theirs is stuck on 60%, mine too is the same, so i dont know wether Correction for Vals are being prioritized or not, because i had applied 1 year ago and received my val, but…[Read more]-
It it kinda feels they forgot about us, but what can we do. Just pray that we get our eval as soon as possible.

Please note that your VAL extension application was created by the institution on the 24th of March 2021. Hence, we have reviewed your application and submitted your documents to the Immigration Department on the 26th of March 2021. The approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

Hello, firstly id kindly like to ask wether new students will do the medical screening in between the quarantine period or they can go to the closest panel once quarantine is done.

International students are required to attend a medical screening at a panel clinic in Malaysia within 7 days of their arrival date.

Please note that students can proceed with their medical screening once they have completed their quarantine. Furthermore, there is no stipulated time frame for the VAL extension process as the approval will solely be at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
