Hi EMGS officer,
Someone that already got his eval, have not entered Malaysia yet but lost his passport.. he already have a new passport, what are the process(es) to change the passport number in his eval to his new passport number before he can proceed to get single entry visa in his home country.

  Maybe you should apply for a new VAL? As I know each VALs are unique and dedicated to one passport number only. You can email EMGS to make sure.
