The thing left to receive the visa is to travel and submit your passport to your university.
Now you are set but the only thing left to travel is to apply for a single entry visa if needed, do your PCR before traveling by 3 days, and apply for home/hotel quarantine.

International Islamic University. I want to apply for eVisa so I don’t need to submit my passport or anything?

Contact the university visa unit they are swift in replying inquiries based on my experience with them;

#########…. I had issue also when i sent them e-mail they called me on phone to clarify the issue for me..

Look if you dont know, the uni is the one who will take your passport when you arrive to print the visa sticker on it, give it back, and then they will give you the ikad which you will be holding when you roam around Malaysia.
But if you are saying you want the eVisa then contact your university.

Is it stuck at 35% yellow or green.
If yellow just contact ur uni about that matter.
If green i think you need to wait for it to reach 70%.-
No it’s green, I just don’t understand how I have got the travel Authorization but not the VAL, that too only on 35% progress

How long did it take you to receive the TA. Like after reaching 70%-
I got my travel Authorization on 35% only, and today afternoon I recieved my eVal also finally. It’s now at 75% but I have recieved both TA and eVal

I think the only things left is ur SEV if you need it and before arrival procedures.
