In EMGS Apps, my VAL status have raised 7% but when i check at EMGS website its stuck at 5% because of payment… What should i do? Thank you

No, social pass can not be converted to Student Pass, based on my experience…

No, you have to enter the country with SEV, without it you will enter as a tourist not a student, and can not convert to student pass… That what i got from my experience
