Dear EMGS,
I got my VAL approved on 01/09/18, as you guys say the EVAL can be downloaded within three working days after that. Today was the third working day and I still haven’t received my EVAL. Please look into it, your help would be much appreciated.

  Usually your status will be updated in the afternoon, around 11 o’clock or more
