    I am Phd student from Songkhla, Thailand after my VAL approve, do I need to apply for SEV as I may be in and out Malaysia during my study. Thank you.

      No, your student pass is you MEV

      You need to apply SEV. If you come to Malaysia using Social visit, it can’t be converted to Student pass.
