What are you doing in it country Thariq?! You should go to Malaysia now and continue your processing ur papers in there. That’s what I know. U better call EMGS and ask. But I’m sure that u need to go Malaysia now. But don’t go Malaysia with visit visa. U have to ge single entry visa from the Malaysian embassy in ur country.

Please be informed that the processing of a VAL application takes 14 working days from the date we receive the complete application documents and payment from the institution. However the approval to issue the VAL is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
