I applied for expired eVAL cancellation on 13th December 2021 and it’s still pending. My semester begins on 31st January. Can anything be done about this? View

I did but they got back to me with ‘it’s at the discretion of the immigration department’. No one is really helping.

You cannot do anything. Contact your university explaining the situation to them and see if you can start education their online.

I’ve applied for cancellation of my expired eVAL more than a month ago but am yet to receive it. I was told that immigration provide no timeframe for it so it can’t be helped.
