What country do you come from

After your VAL is approved you will have to print it out and go to the Malaysia embassy and give it to them with the other requirements and they will do your SEV and once you get it you can travel. ( dont forget to inform your university before you arrive to Malaysia)

Im from indonesian and continue my studies , do i need sev ?

But, my emgs process was pending . And i need to settle that documents in malaysia . It that allowed?

Last step should be after you pass your passport to your uni representative and got back your student pass
