Hello everyone.
Could anyone tell me why is my % not increasing alrhough at first, emgs asked to provide documents which i did and the colour changed from yellow to green, but still it not increasing from 15%

Actually the verification process of the documents take more time especially at stage of 15 %
Be patient, and if it take longer time than usual, you should contact EMGS via email

Hello All.
I applied for eval and eveey thing was going smooth but yesterday it said pending additional documents. Where it stated that my bachelor certificate should either be sent by inatitution or the university which i am applyong to confirm us to proceed. Now who am i should contact at usm to ask them confirm it?

Assalamualaikum all of you.
I recently applied for the refund of my application fee submitted to emgs last week.
Normally it takes how many days/week in order to redund the amount?
