Dear EMGS Officer,

My application progress is stuck at 30% yellow/orange color.
I received a notification but did not quite understand what it meant.
Attached below a screenshot of the notification.

Could you please explain to me what the notification meant and what I need to do?

  Hi, I hope that, I will help to you. Because I was faced the sane problem, That’s mean, You should contact with the institution and request to them cancel your active pass Which one you applied before. Did you applied another institution for admission?

    Hi. Yes, same university 3 years ago but couldn’t come because of war. now I’m here in Malaysia on tourist visa and applying again.

      Did you got a Approval Letter that time? If you, Request to your institution cancel the active pass.
