First of all, I really appreciate all the hard work you have been doing for all the students in need.

It has been more than 20 days since EMGS has submitted a request on the 16th of March for cancellation of my previous expired VAL to immigration and yet there is no change at all in my new visa application progress.

I would like to know how much longer this process may take? Could EMGS send a kind reminder to immigration department regarding this issue?
