Dear sir,

My name is Tawfeeq Masoad with the passport number 11278173. I am writing to know about the progress of my application E#########.

I began the application for the Malaysia e-visa about two months ago. According to your notification, my documents are about 35% checked.

I read the message saying that the issuance of the E-val is at the discretion of the Immigration Department and it will take 7-10 working days from 02/09/2024 unless there are complications.

Now, it’s been more than 10 working days since it was submitted to the Immigration Department. I would like to know if there is any challenge that requires my attention.

I do appreciate whatever assistance you offer to expedite the process for me.
