Hi emgs admin.
My renewal application status was 50%. (Waiting for submission of passport)
The issue is my campus IIUM (visa unit) has postponed the appointment of submission my passport because MCO reason.
And now I have planned to going back to my country without collecting my passport.
Yesterday, I have visited immigration office at putrajaya then they suggest me to ask the note letter from emgs for pending submission my passport after entering again Malaysia.

May you give the solutions for my issue?
