Brother, send an email to your university/college and ask them the reason or call them directly.They will inform you if you need to submit some documents….You have to just send that document in email in your university.They submit it to EMGS.Don’t worry,In sha allah everything will be fine

That means the scanned copy of your passport information page is not clear.You have scan that page again and send it to your university via email..They will send it emgs.After that your application will turn green again and your progress will continue…. 😊..

You can not get refund but you can apeal…First send an email or call your university and ask what is the reason behind your VAL rejection…If they say you can apeal & you have to send some documents to your university.After doing that your application will turn green again.After getting the VAL Insha allah you can study in Malaysia

Some times people get it by 15 working days….Sometimes it takes more than 1 month ….It’s fully depends by the grace of Malaysian embassy & immigration.You have nothing to do…..May allah bless you

Send a mail or call to your university asking about the reason behind rejection….If they recieve the rejection letter from immigration they will tell you reason and guide you what you have to do or submit to make an apeal. May God bless you….
