If I may ask another question pls: in my app. hostory, a section says ‘pending payment by the institution- pending the submission for my VAL’ what does that mean? I have already paid for my VAL.

Yeah and you have to pay to your institution or send them a proof of payment then they will pay for you

I have paid the application nd processing fees earlier in july.. my application was filed on 24 july but still stuck on 5%.. is it ok or not?
