hello my name is tarek mohamed issa i have an issue considering my visa application that my application was closed , and i want to reopen it i am finished with the documents, fees everything but i have delayed so that’s why it was closed when i get back to malaysia with special pass they didn’t take my passport for submission because my application was closed i wrote an formal letter explaining why i delayed to much but no response please i need an emergency help i am now at malaysia with expired visa since 17-2-2021 , i need to reopen my visa application so i can submit my passport and get my new visa asap
