Hello emgs officer.
I was granted student at malaysia before. But I couldn’t complete my diploma because of my college authority decided to close our college permanently. So I came back to my country. But I have release letter also from my previous institution. But whenever I applied for new visa to complete my study my VAL has been rejected. […] View

It is the new policy that whoever does not complete their program before at any level of education and exit the country, s/he will not be allowed back into the country. Also, he can not switch/transfer from one institution to another.
But in my case they should consider it cause our college authority suddenly decided to close permanently & i can’t complete my education for it
