if there is no problem in my documents and if I apply again how much parcantage it for rejection

My VAL got rejected at 35%. They asked for some verification of my main docs. After I had done as their requirements, my college appealed. As soon as they got my papers, my VAL processing is being started from 35% – 50%.

At 35℅ EMGS sends applicant’s all documents to the immigration department(separate with EMGS)…now immigration department solely take the decision whether the application will be approved or rejected..this is the most vital stage (35℅).. May be lack of docs. Few days letter they send you the reason then re apeal with institute.
