My son was born in Malaysia on 25/01/2017 and was issued Malaysian Birth Certificate (see the attachment). He never traveled outside Malaysia since then. But when i applied for his Dependent Pass, my institute (University Putra Malaysia: UPM) charged RM 500/- for Journey Performed Fee. Although, the question of charging Journey Performed Fee (RM 500) does not arise. UPM International Office staff told me that they were charging the fee as it was shown in their online system developed by EMGS. So, they could not do anything regarding this and later on i could apply for refund.

I applied at UPM International Office along with all the documents for the refund of Journey Performed Fee ( RM 500/-) on 07/08/2017 but did not get any response till date.
