Everything is normal and possible when it comes to getting VAL for Malaysia.
You see 0% status because your institute has not APPROVED your VAL application. Until they approve it, EMGS will not start processing your application. Contact your university/institute to get it approved.
It is my school who made the demand of VAL.
My school received my payment and documents but emgs is still waiting for those documents.
Do you know what can i do please?
