Who exatcly did you contact to get your new offer letter.? Which department precisely?. I am encountering the same issue

    Bro..i did on previous Monday. But since then no one emaiked me , nor my status has varied , no responds at all.
    So i kept emailing everyday. Today i emailed 8 members of postgraduted department including the dean miss Madiha hopefully it will work.
