Hi there,its basically a field to filled named “your name format in mRZ” . So in order to fill that field you have to confirm your name mentioned in mrz format of your passport.

Yes if it’s not mentioned that it doesn’t and if says then surname will be your last name or family name.

This will be your mrz format name that you will mention in your field.

You will just mention your name as same Joshua Jeyaprakash.

You can send me a snapshot of only mrz part and I can tell you .

There must be a document missing or some additional document be required . You must read in the comments.

You just need to write the name in the format present in MRZ . Like if your name is written Jetaprakash Joshua then it should mentioned the same as in mrz field of the form you are filling.

It is necessary to get VAL and after getting VAL then you may apply for visa . You wont get visa if you havent receive the VAL yet .

Once you get your eVAL then you may apply for visa , in accordance to your date on which you have to be in malaysia.

You need to convey this to your university dean or vice chancellor through application or formal meetup . I hope they will listen to you.

You should reach Malaysia two days before then your actual joining date. This will help you get settled with accommodation.
