Hi,
At present, existing students not from the banned countries intending to enter Malaysia would have to apply for the travel authorization and entry permit. However, we will provide further updates if there are any changes to the procedures.

I think those with valid visa and expired visa will be allowed to enter Malaysia. The only thing you need is authorization letter.
