Dear EMGS Support Team,
Greetings,I am writing to inquire about a technical issue I encountered while applying for a student visa through the eVisa platform. When attempting to upload the eVAL document — which I downloaded directly from your official EMGS website — the system displays an error message stating that the file contains “extra characters or spaces,” leading to its automatic rejection by the eVisa system.
I would like to clarify that I did not make any modifications to the file. I simply downloaded it from the EMGS website and attempted to upload it to the eVisa platform as is. I have tried multiple times, but the issue persists.
I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue or providing the necessary steps to ensure the file is accepted by the eVisa system.
