I got msg for extra charges to approve my documents kindly check this and let me know as I have already paid my emgs fee. Other students have reached 75% but mine one still stuck at 35%. Please cooperate with me as I have classes in January

Hello sir my intake is in January but still percentage is 35%. Class already started. Sir how can i get help from you. And now what should i do sir?
