You need to submit your passport 2 months before expiry of your visa, it takes more then one month

I applied for VAL 3 weeks ago and I had to leave Malaysia till when I get E-VAL

Hello dear Emgs
passport no: 07631316
I’m out of Malaysia and my application was approved since 5 days ago may I know what’s the problem why until now still (38% )my flight on 29 April please help me.

you need to download aprrove letter going to emgs website

My visa approval has approved since 3 day ago and until now nothing changes and any new about it. still (38%) , please might you check it NO/“passport:07631316

Now I’m out of Malaysia actually that not my fult coz the stuff they lose my application tow times so they did mistake with me and I become I’m responsible about whole mistakes so any rate I have to leave Malaysia and now my application is clear and I have to get that semester and go back to Malaysia so why my proportion is so slowly and still 35%
