hi everyone, just reached kuala lumpur, i thought i’d share an update.
1) You can pay for PCR on arrival but only using a credit card or malaysian ringgit
2) As long as you have all your valid documents, you won’t have any trouble

vaccination certificate, travel authorization, rental contract, passport copy

just an update, anyone under surveillance is not allowed to use buses or trains. however u can use taxis, own car or family/friend’s car
You mean even if you are in home quarantine you can go outdoors? This is awesome! I was locked out in the hotel for seven long long days.
sorry it was bad phrasing from my part. i meant traveling with taxi or other cars from klia or kl sentral to their home quarantine address

And, ➡️can I apply for it as a new student?
Can you also pay for hotel at the airport for quarantine instead of paying online??
